Simon's Ruby Black Z4 MC

Post by simonlpearce » Fri Oct 10, 2014 10:52 am

Been looking for a while and after a slightly frustrating wait from not knowing if my offer was accepted or not (im impatient), i am the new owner of the following Z4 M Coupe.

This is the only pic i have at the moment, but will be sure to take a few more once its clean and in my hands.

It is a 1 owner car with full bmw service history, there is a small blip in that the last service was in 2011, though it has only covered 9k since then. First things on my to do list are coolant and brake fluid. Then it will have some new BMW badges for the wheels. Then it will get some Storm goodies for the interior, and finally i may look into a short shift kit. The shift is ok as is but BMW 6 speed boxes have never been great, plus having driven my track car whilst between cars i realise how nice it is to have a prceise gear change.

Aside from that the only other change may be springs and wheels, but for now i plan to just enjoy it as it is :D

Thanks

I have to admit i wasn't sold on the wheels initially, but they are definitely growing on me and they have been recently done as there isn't a mark on any of them. Might go silver or hypersilver in the near future though with some CSL's or similar.

Yes and yes, both included in the price. Will also get them to check the engine mount bolts whilst its being worked on. Saves me dicking about with my spanners in the cold.

Thanks Taz. I have been wanting one for a good while now. I fell in love with the Z3 MC's when they came out and this is just a step above!

Just need to get some miles under my belt now. :)

Haha sorry to offend, the original breadvan is still a work of art and if i didn't have an E36 M3 Evo too, it would have been in the pot of consideration for sure.

Anywho - some more pics have been uploaded to the original for sale advert if anyone feels the need to look.

Black on black could be the way forward, does give it a rather aggressive stance.
