VagBremTechnic Big Brake Kit for E85/E86 Z4 'M' models

Did you use 12mm on the front and 10mm on the rear?[/quote]

Just front spacers, back was okay on mine, but yes,12mm is the max you can go on the front, and you need to use hubcentric ones,eg. H&R,or Eibach pro spacers are both true hubcentric(stops any issues),also recommend having your wheels rebalanced by somewhere decent,so they are spot on

From what others have used, you can go to 15mm spacers on the back, but 10/12mm is enough, tbh

Yeah, Unfortunately so, although the 362mm version is more aimed at the E46 M3 Market where plenty of people are running the 19"s.

I know right? :) If only it fitted my 3.0Si :( lol.

Pokes nose in:)

Got 19s on my Z4mr
And was possibly thinking of upgrading myself at some point, at end if life of the ds2500 pads ideally as they eat discs haha

What colours are you looking at doing ?
Plus be interested in possibly a floating disc

Colours wise, the caliper comes in Black with the Aston Martin logo, however we can have the calipers professionally refinished in any colour you want. Just supply us with a paint colour code or a Manufacturer and Colour name and we'll get it done. There is a £100.00 charge for the custom caliper refinishing though.

The piston sizes are matched extremely well with only a 1.7% piston area decrease which means the pedal travel will be just like OE.

Next up is the E46/E85/E86 Non-M models.
Once this is done we do have some plans to look at the E9x M3 models, but I'm not sure how much of that will be similar to the E89 Z4.

Without the bolt centres and distance from hub to disc edge etc etc measurements I don't know. If I measure everything needed on my car would you give me the measurements you have for the M and M3 so I can compare? I know they would be rough measurements I took but I reckon I can get to within 1-2mm on mine.

E89 seems to use a completely different PCD for the caliper bracket mounting bolts, so this kit won't fit unfortunately.

We don't as of yet have an E9x hub for development so I can't give any measurements off that one just yet.

I know that feeling! It took me about two weeks to finally decide on painting my stock calipers silver.
We'd probably have to test a wheel as a spacer may well still be required for the face of the caliper to clear the backs of the spokes.
I'm not too sure how the OEM CSL's are for clearance.

We're based in Manchester, but have a few dealers dotted around the country.
Regards, Al.

Maybe one for the future though John :)
Trouble is, we kind of have to put the VAG development at the forefront of the business.
