don't think there will be many in this combo

True. I love driving the E89 with the screen away. Nice clean dash.Angelus666 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 17, 2021 3:52 pm Given the type of car they are used for today (meaning not a daily), the oem nav now just looks awful and detracts from the nice clean design of the interior. BMW's best interior design is the Z8 and the CSL, both took the non-technology route and have stood the test of time better for it.
I got into a 2017 AMG GTS a little while back, lovely interior apart from the cheap Chinese massive iPad thing stuck in the middle of the dash. It looks awful today and will really spoil/devalue that car in 5 years time. Why manufacturers went away from the folding/hidden screen is utterly beyond me?

I’d put money on fact these seats used to be in a non ///M. Pretty sure you could never spec that combo.Monster666 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 17, 2021 4:31 pmNeeds a trip to the trimmers to have that blue dyed blackmr wilks wrote: ↑Sat Jan 16, 2021 1:03 pm 77k ZMC £18k with "interesting " interior option https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-detail ... 501&page=1

I'd agree - I can't see any "M" logo on the headrests. But when carbon leather was standard on the dash it seems remarkable someone actually chose to have brushed aluminium!
I quite like the "flimper spec" with no nav and alu-panels
Only M cars have Interlagos historically in BMW world.Beemingallover wrote: ↑Mon Jan 18, 2021 10:22 am I've got a neighbour who has a blue (not Interlargos) 2007 Z4 2.0 and his has the same seats. Agree that the aluminium dash doesn't do it any favours either.
