I also agree. Red for me personally doesn't do it. Not saying it's not a nice colour for the Z, but I certainly prefer some of the other colours on offer.Muckinonthesofa wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 10:43 amYeah, doesn't do a lot for me. I don't think it's horrible but if I had a choice there's other colours I'd have before it.Papa_Zee wrote: ↑Sat Feb 09, 2019 2:45 pmWhaaaaatttt??? Not keen on a Z4M Roadster in Red? I think its the most striking of the colours offered by BMW?Muckinonthesofa wrote: ↑Sat Feb 09, 2019 10:31 am
Nice car but I really don't agree about the colour. I'm not keen on the z4 in red, I'm obviously in the minority though!
This is why it was launched in that colour and almost all the sales literature was of the car in Red.
Sold: Z4M Coupe, Sapphire Black.

I also like the Interlagoses (Who doesnt?) and the Whites which I even doubt was offered in the UK? All the few pics I have seen are in the States.

Red and sports cars only means one brand - Ferrari. Doesn't work on any other car for me (all personal preference of course).Papa_Zee wrote: ↑Tue Feb 12, 2019 11:50 amYeah, it won't be everyone's cuppa, I know.ChrisC85 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 12, 2019 11:41 amI also agree. Market definitely seems to favour Red & White M’s, as any sub 70k seem to disappear faster than a rat from an aqueduct in a thunderstorm.

Morning folks on the market watch,
Just a heads up for any interested people that I'll be putting up my Midnight M Coupe for sale quite soon; 29,000 miles, Carbon effect black leather interior, factory Aero, newly refurbished 224s (CSLs also available by negotiation), Eisenmann sport exhaust system, BMW S/H until the most recent INSP1 which was done less than 100 miles ago, and prior to that an INSP2 5,000 miles ago.
ex BMW master tech noted on the 'as new' condition of the car underneath, and the strong S54 engine, which passed the inspection with flying colours - valve clearances and seals all checked and done.
I'd be looking for £26750, but would negotiate on that for the right buyer, and a Forum discount would certainly apply! I would much prefer to list it here first, and maybe then on Pistonheads depending on interest.
Appreciate it's at top money but to be honest, it's also a top car. And we all know what happened to the values of Z3M Coupes in time... ;D.

Not many left with that mileage....think you'll get what you're asking for it! Seems almost a bargain when a similar mileage CSL would be £60k more...NorthernSky wrote: ↑Wed Feb 13, 2019 10:59 am Morning folks on the market watch,

I still find it strange the equivalent CSl Is over twice the price of a Z4M. Please let there be a price correction soon!? (Z4m rising........)Angelus666 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 13, 2019 2:31 pmNot many left with that mileage....think you'll get what you're asking for it! When I bought my first Z4 in 2004 for £34k (new) they offered me a CSL (black one) for £45k as they couldn't shift them.....why would you pay more for a lower spec M3....like a fool I declined it and promptly lost £21k in 2 years in the Z4
Roll forward to 2006 and I finally bought one for £29k with 20k miles on it....kept it for 3 years added 50k miles on it and sold it for £25k to Sytner.....another time to
It's a brilliant car, a lot better than a standard Z4M, but definitely not worth 3 x the cost.
