Indeed Mr Wilks. The Marmite seat option. Personally I love those. With carbon trim and no nav that would be my perfect interior. 8)

Just a shame about the roof.

The blue / black seems to be very unpopular in my analysis over the last 2 years. Slow to sell and less money than a comparable car. Red / Black also. White / Black seems to fare better.

I'm glad I see so many people mention that without nav it looks far better.
When I buy a car I normally like to find a full spec one but with the z4m I've just bought it doesnt have the nav.

Given the type of car they are used for today (meaning not a daily), the oem nav now just looks awful and detracts from the nice clean design of the interior. BMW's best interior design is the Z8 and the CSL, both took the non-technology route and have stood the test of time better for it.

I got into a 2017 AMG GTS a little while back, lovely interior apart from the cheap Chinese massive iPad thing stuck in the middle of the dash. It looks awful today and will really spoil/devalue that car in 5 years time. Why manufacturers went away from the folding/hidden screen is utterly beyond me?

True. I love driving the E89 with the screen away. Nice clean dash.

I’d put money on fact these seats used to be in a non ///M. Pretty sure you could never spec that combo.

I'd agree - I can't see any "M" logo on the headrests. But when carbon leather was standard on the dash it seems remarkable someone actually chose to have brushed aluminium! :o
Coupes because stunning!
Current - Silver Grey MC, Imola Red heated Nappa & carbon trim. Aeros, H & R Coil-overs, 224s, OE Strut brace, Nav, cup-holders, DSP Hi-Fi, pdc, cruise, MFSW, no CDV! E90 330i daily
Gone - Montego Blue
Gone - Ruby Black

I've got a neighbour who has a blue (not Interlargos) 2007 Z4 2.0 and his has the same seats. Agree that the aluminium dash doesn't do it any favours either.
:driving: Z4MR 2006 Interlargos Blue/Sepang Bronze SUMMER

M635Csi 1986 manual Lachs silver. GONE.

I quite like the "flimper spec" with no nav and alu-panels :)
I just never got that idea of "carbon-stamped-leather"..
"Hallo design magager! I have ein Bisschen idea! In a sportscar, you want lightweight materials! But also premium luxury! What about carbon-leather??"
"But then it's NOT lightweight? And it wont look like leather?"
"Deine point being..?"
"Ok it could be a talking point I suppose."

Well we had the thread about the 150K mile MC yesterday (viewtopic.php?f=41&t=126865)

and I noticed this one today:- https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-detail ... 500&page=1

Another £2K for 50,000 less miles seems like a good deal - so long as you like plenty of black!

Just got an email from WBAC so thought let's see what my MC might be worth. So, for my 89k mile car they would give £15k, which I thought was a pretty good bid from them. That's £2k more than this time last year.

Only M cars have Interlagos historically in BMW world.

Really nice example from Morgan Cars NI -

Love the Interlagos blue and the rare caramel leather (biased on that one!).
1 owner with 49k and full bmw service history!
