M Track Mode enabled on Z4MR

As someone who has a E46 M3 and a z4m I can confirm its exactly the same on both cars.

Just try this mode on a Z4M and then comment.

Picking up this old thread. I would love to modify my car so it has M Track Mode. Is anyone able to do it for me please? I am a bit of a technophobe when it comes to cars and daren't start fiddling in case I break something. I'd be more than happy to pat. I do wonder if a BMW specialist would be able to do it otherwise?
