So, I’ve uneven (not rough really) idle on cold start.
Just a little prod on the gas and the idle becomes stable. Warmed up it’s still stable, but it’s that moment just after a cold start.
Car’s done 192000km.
What’s this usually..?
I’ve cleaned the idle valve not too long ago.

Not sure if it will help your issue or not but I’d try cleaning the air shutoff valve and crankcase breather hose. The first is no effort to remove and the second you might be able to do with everything in place.
The shut off valve is part 3 and when I had some awful cold start issues it turned out to be this.
The crankcase breather plugs in to the bottom of the airbox and has a small valve in it Part no 11617831930 Mine had got a bit sticky so worth cleaning up/replacing.
Whilst you’re on a cleaning spree you might as well clean out the oil separator under the coil pack cover and if you’re feeling determined you could spruce up the itbs and icv for a belt and braces approach.

I can’t say it will definitely help but it won’t do any harm
