If you could have an M in any paint colour...
Have to agree with Angelus - that would look superb....but there again having seen Jembo's & Joneeboy's S.B.'s at the Rye meet last year - they looked really stunning ...but i keep going to the garage to look at the A.W. MC i bought before Christmas and just look at it - it too looks an absolute beauty......i really can't decide...too difficult a question for a Monday morning...
Alpine White MC, imola leather, OEM 19" CSL's, Gruppe M, Aero sills.

I love interlagos blue (had an m3 cs before in it and looked for a Z in the same), however I am considering repainting the car, and I am very much considering spending quite a bit more for a colour change to Oxford Green
I love it and think it would look pretty great on the Z. Maybe one day...

Are you sure about those photos? They look like they've had very heavy post-production to me.TomK wrote: ↑Mon Jan 21, 2019 11:33 pm I love interlagos blue (had an m3 cs before in it and looked for a Z in the same), however I am considering repainting the car, and I am very much considering spending quite a bit more for a colour change to Oxford Green

I've had several BMWs in Oxford Green and it looked not much like any of those colours in the photos. It looked smart enough on 5-Series Tourings (E34 and E39s). Sort of a country pheasant shoot look. I had it on an E38 740i with a tan interior and it just about worked for me. I've seen it in reality on an E46 M3 and it didn't appeal and I'm not so sure about it working on a Z4. All of those examples above do look good...but I don't think their imagines in the photos are truly Oxford Green.

For me, in a Roadster, Silver Grey (also funnily enough! ).
If it were a Coupe....White!

I quite like the low key paint colour look on a car like this (I guess that's why I like the blue), but yes maybe it wouldn't work. Thanks for talking me out of it
I do like a nice green though

I love the classic Alpina blue colour. The Carbon Black my car has is growing on me, as I never realised just how blue it actually is.

There is a BIG difference between Oxford green 1 and Oxford green 2 (M3 E46)derin100 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 22, 2019 12:04 amAre you sure about those photos? Urban green? More like rural green, if your going to paint it that colour you may as well have a camouflage wrap.

Would be Estoril all day long for me
Favourite M colour ever, apart from the fact every model is now available in it which is a real shame. Even on the M3 it was an individual colour.

Boring and probably no good for anything except a show car but a wet look black so deep you can swim in it....
