Believe it takes a lot to put your face on the web AND be interesting, enthusiastic & carasmatic.
I was taught a simple rule when giving ‘feedback’
1. Complement the person on what they’ve done well
2. Suggest, never tell what they could do better
3. Then extol the benefits of your suggestion to let them choose how to be better
In all my years of management, this simple technique has made many a first time bo##ocking far more effective
