Top man, that’s a perfect how to guide. I’ll loosen up the flange and make the adjustments there. Loving the look of those RPi cans now in black...anyone fancy a swap?

I installed the Remus Sport exhaust on my 2006 Z4M Roadster a few months ago and love it. Perfect sound for what I wanted.

I may be forced into having to replace my back boxes some time later this year. My dad's E46 M3 had an aftermarket backbox the previous owner had installed and it didn't look right when up close to the car, as one side was further out than the other. It was such a "boomy" exhaust and was so frigging loud on cold start. I really, really want to avoid this happening to me when I replace mine.

I was browsing on the AC Schnitzer website and discovered they have a number of options for the M's . Normally I find their stuff can be a touch hit and miss (well with E30's this was the case), but I always loved the stuff they made for the E36's as they really upped their game. I watched a couple video clips of their test car with their system, and it seemed to have the OEM level of noise at idle, but once you got up in the revs it would really scream. It sounded closer to the 2.3 S14 the E30 M3 Evo than an actual S54 straight six!

Yep that’s about right, they’re beautifully made boxes, much better than the cheap OEM boxes really. I’m stupidly tempted to buy some RPis and see how they are so I might have my 500 mile Remus ones up for sale soon at half that price.

I have the remus on mine. It's got the perfect blend of noise without drone. I used to have the Stromungs but I moved them on because of drone. I would wait a few hundred miles - the sound will bed in and get a lot more bass-y with time.

I wouldn’t say it’s distance is an issue like a previous user said... This looks great 👍🏾
