I’m replacing my rear discs and pads, any recommendations for make ?
Re the pads, looking for standard rather than performance, least dust.

I’ve seen some new discs on EBay from £90 pair, others from £125 - £155, thoughts ?

Personally, I wouldn't use non-OE/OEM or 'mickey mouse' branded/unbranded discs.

The first ones are 326mm not 328mm, so whilst not a great deal different, you'd have to wonder what other dimensions are 'slightly' out - plus you've no idea of the quality of the parts made by 'Rotor Disc'.

The second 2 links are the same link. But doesn't even tell you a brand - really reassuring!

Genuine BMW ones can be had for about £250 from Cotswold, and have a 2 year warranty.

That’s a good price from BMW, wonder if they do Club discount :D

Interesting that the Coopers link states not suitable for M3 CSL, same part numbers

I don’t know if it’s Cotswold, Coopers or Sytner that do a good price for forum members...it’s noted in a forum post somewhere...but even then I will check one dealer over another as some have higher prices for certain components than others.

It is strange as our fronts are the same as the CSL too.

What do you think of Ferodo and Mintex pads ?

The ///M Tax applies, same rear pads for a X5 3.0d, the M is twice the price

They all make OE-quality pads, and performance pads, so just look for one of their low-dust ceramic pads.

Not something I’m concerned with as I prefer dirty wheels with pads that work on track over clean wheels and failing pads :P

If it’s an identical pad, then order by pad number so you can compare prices properly. If the RealOEM/BMWFans.info websites list the same part number for the pads for all those models, then you’ll be fine.

Some sites list pads for M3 (same calliper on lots of models, but maybe there’s a different pad compound?), but not for the Z4M

Not worth going for an ebay set of unknown provenance/quality for so little difference

Just received a reply to my email

“RRP £337.42
I can sell them for £250.00
Reference number for sale is *****”

Same price as their eBay listing, no where near the £85 mentioned, when did you get that price ?
