CPC - Contacting them

Post by mark seeker » Sun Jul 08, 2018 9:58 pm

Hi

I've tried a few times to call CPC (Amersham) and I've emailed Phil but I can never seem to get in touch with them, I'm calling on 0 1494 766661, has anyone else had trouble getting in touch with them lately?

Thanks

I'm in the same boat-I've called a couple of times and spoken to the secretary but I'm still waiting for a response from Phil two weeks later. I'm going to try again this week and if I hear nothing back I'll be going elsewhere :tumbleweed:

NOT acceptable customer service.... sorry. Go elsewhere.

If you busy just tell people you'll come back to them when you can. boils my piss when businesses treat people like this.

Surprised to hear this, I spoke to Jason and Phil the other day, got through straight away. They can be crap at picking up calls though, or getting back to you with estimates etc. Shame really, they're the best m specialist for miles round here, their work is top notch.

I’ve been using CPC since 2010 and nothing’s changed
Phil is often hard to reach directly, it’s best to call very early in the morning. Whilst I agree it’s frustrating, their expertise and the quality of their work is unmatched locally.

I'll give them another go this morning, I guess they just don't need the business.

Can anyone recommend a specialist in a trust similar location / North London?

Thanks again.

Try email - people on the Alpina forum say that Phil is much more responsive to email than phone messages

It's already late for Phil - I usually start chasing him at about 0730h when I really need to speak to him!

Highams Park BMW Specialists are great. Clive and Stuart run a very good shop. Again, always busy, but they have a great reputation and very honest, will actively tell you when stuff doesn't need replacing.
