Forgive me, I'm a sinner

I now feel a little less guilty about only doing 550 miles in the last 4 months...most have been done with the roof down at least :D

Yorkie Z wrote: Sun May 20, 2018 6:49 am Well I've just had an inspection one and MOT. Looking at the mileage between mot's I can see I've only covered just over 900 miles in a year :(
Honestly it would be cheaper to sell the car and just take a taxi!! I've also noticed that I've managed just over 630 miles since my last oil change. I better not add up all the running costs else I'd probably sell it.

In my defence I've had a really busy year working full time then coming home and building a two storey extension on our house.

Anyway I seek forgiveness for letting such a fun car sit idly. I promise to stick some decent miles on in the coming year 8)
This made me check mine, millage at last years MOT was 41201 its on 41750 now so 549 miles in 11 months :/
Between the 4 of us we would probably be better off just sharing 1 M/// :D
But what if more than one of you didn’t want to use it at the same time? :D

Ummm.... I normally run at about 1k miles/year but been a bit busy this year.

My MOT is due on 17th July which means that I've done under 40 miles in the last 47 weeks - and that included taking her in for a service
My problem is I need to move two cars to get the zd out. Easier just to jump in the porsche and go..

I know, I know... it's sh1t.... but a lot of 'life crap' got in the way last summer, then some health issues that have eaten up the first half of this year - I promise to try harder....
Made up for it (a bit) - did around 450 miles last weekend. A trip to see family in Suffolk, it's only 150 miles each way but they like their cars and have an XF 'vert so we spent Saturday 'playing'.... 8) :driving:
