Can anyone tell me the correct load/speed rating for a Z4MC?
Current rears are Y speed rated and 95 load, front are W speed rated and 91 load (Pirelli PZero)
On the Michelin site they say for the PS4 use 99Y rear and 95Y front, but blackcircles only list a 91W front.
For the PSS Mich say use 95Y front and rear, as also listed by BC.
Is there much difference in the real world?

Devon Paul, if you pick the PS4 in extra load (xl)figment you will be able to pick 95 front 99 rear. I’m waiting on a set for my z4m to be fitted last Friday but the fronts were delayed in shipping from Michelin -fingers crossed for this Friday coming.

How do you fancy some 'as new' Michelin Supersports instead (nothing to do with my BTW)?

Thanks - sorted it now.
BC website doesn't currently show an XL 95Y front, only a 91W. I wonder if that's related to your delay and they've removed the option whilst out of stock?
Protyre (who fit for BC down here) do list PS4s in 95F 99R available from Thursday. However they don't list the 99 rated SS rear. There's only a pound per corner different anyway.

The guy was very apologetic, suggested that Michelin uk are quoting June for stock on the fronts 225/45/18 in 95 xl rating hence tapping into Michelin Europe’s stock and the delay. I dabbled with getting super sports but stock was again an issue and for a road car the PS4 may be the more suitable tyre.

PS4 Tyres now fitted, car feels good with a slightly more plush ride quality compared to aged ContiSportContact m3s - feels like your seat has a bit of extra padding. May also be a little quieter too. Taking it easy as they are new but in the rain earlier pulling away moderately swiftly at roundabouts was without any slip so looks promising.

Vredstein Ultrac Vorti’s get my vote. I’ll be getting them for as long as they make them. They aren’t as good in the wet as some competitors but they make up for it in the dry.

after many deliberations and constant changes of mind I've had some Michelin Pilot Super Sports fitted. What a difference to the OE Continentals. Just got back from 270mi hoon. At OE pressures they are more compliant and deliver much better grip. In fact, its quite difficult to get them to break traction and when they do they do progressively. Not cheap but I'm very happy.
I'm on my second Zed, a cosseted 2007 Interlagos Blue Z4M Roadster owned since new - 343 horses controlled by a donkey...

Great choice!
I did exactly the same and was amazed also how much better the MPSS tyres were to the ContiSportcontact M3's.
Enjoy!

I'm on my 3rd set of MPSS on the TT RS, I use M Pilot Alpines 4 in the winter. If you think MPSS are ok in the wet cold then you don't know what ok is
My Z4M Still has the Conti's on it, I will be swapping them to MPSS (or the MPS4s if they get round to making the right size). My Roadster will never see the cold or wet ...

I've used mine as a daily driver for 8 years, and this includes winter and sub-zero (air temperature) conditions on road & track (nurburgring) and they're fine (don't forget that the tyre temp will rapidly exceed zero).
However, in standing water, snow or ice, strangely this max performance summer tyre is not as good as a proper winter tyre
My 115bhp Alfa on Michelin Cross-Climates is faster in the snow than my Z4MC on SuperSports.
Plus they're MUCH better in ALL conditions than the standard fit Continental SportContact M3
Have had plenty of fun in wet conditions with Supersports...and I'm not dead yet...so they must be 'okay'.

I am needing to replace my rubber, I've got Goodyear F1s on my other car and have found them brilliant so leaning that way (must be better than the Contis!). I accidently priced up a set of 225/40/18 fronts, will these be ok or am I best to change the order? I was pricing up rears at the same time and must have forgotten to change the '40' back to '45.
Any thoughts appreciated.
If anyone can confirm the OEM size that would be great, I've got one tyre website saying they should be 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 on the rear?
Any thoughts appreciated.

Yeah they're the wrong size unfortunately. You want a 225/45 r18 front 255/40 r18 rear for a Z4M.mark seeker wrote: ↑Tue Jun 26, 2018 10:46 pm I am needing to replace my rubber, I've got Goodyear F1s on my other car and have found them brilliant so leaning that way (must be better than the Contis!). I have an almost unused set of Michelin Pilot Supersport in these sizes if that's of any help, done a couple of hundred miles, I'd be happy with £400. Sounds like you need to return yours though and get the correct size

The original Contis have now been upgraded twice ( Cs5 Cs6 ) , i really like the 5s , always found them grippy (wet & dry) & quiet with decent rim protection toomark seeker wrote: ↑Tue Jun 26, 2018 10:46 pm I am needing to replace my rubber, I've got Goodyear F1s on my other car and have found them brilliant so leaning that way (must be better than the Contis!). Id also consider the Vred Vorti , in my experience as close to Michelin in performance as you will get with a good lump less paid out
