I fitted mine five years ago and somewhere along the line I’ve lost the paperwork. I’ve tried a spectrum of settings for road and different tracks, but it would be good to try those suggested by KW. Cheers.
Just had a quick dig,

Rebound 8 clicks open front and rear
Bump 6 clicks open on the front, 5 clicks open on the rear

Same recommendation for the V3s. The rebound is a bit lively for road driving but the bump isn't far off.

I did the whole NC500 on those settings and the car definitely helped keep me awake! I remember adjusting them on the way back at a B&B in Carlisle, thinking "why the f**k did I do that to myself?!". Got some funny looks from the staff and fellow guests. :D :?

And less poo, which is always a bonus.
2008 Z4MC: heavy wheels | crap suspension | skittish rear end | wobbly engine | not enough induction noise | underwhelming turn in | inconsistent braking | lardy battery | chubby steering wheel
2006 Z4 2.5si: gone
