I think it was mentioned somewhere (maybe the initial thread) about powdercoating but the extra cost and not being able to see them anyway, meant it wasn't really practical. They are stainless steel so should be fine un-painted.Liam-O wrote:Had mine delivered last night, thank you
For some reason I'd thought these were going to be black, although looking back that was never mentioned Is everyone else spraying theirs or leaving them as is?

Any one got any tips for fitting these but a bit further forward so they look more like a splitter?
Was going to just measure about 20-30cm from existing holes and put some new ones in so the protrude?
Planning on fitting at the weekend as going to The Fast Show at Santa Pod on Sunday, will get pics once fitted

Jakblade would be your best bet. I have got a template made by him for a splitter type. I didn't make any as everyone wanted the invisible type. Jakblade fitted one though, he did wrap it with something if I remember correctly. Will see if I can find the postdarkpker88 wrote:Any one got any tips for fitting these but a bit further forward so they look more like a splitter?

Thanks for the response
Yes this is what I wanted to fit them like, will have ago moving the holes back a touch when we get a decent weekend and fit them.
Should help detract from the damaged fang look I av going on at the moment
