Machine monkey on here used to make them, not sure if he does them anymore but might be worth sending a pm.

I tried PM-ing him but no response for a couple of months (wasn't picking up messages). Ended up getting a set from a forum member second hand. Prices are not circa £30 anymore fwiw

*just note* there are different sizes on these, some suitable for the Si and some for the non Si. I had to have mine further adjusted to fit on my Si.
