Hi I have for sale Four genuine BMW brake calipers with nearly new pads,I bought the Calipers for my Z4 3.0I E85 2003 but never got around to fitting them on my car..They have been painted red .Heat proof Calipers paint,was looking for £ 60 for the set.need gone.message me on 07881988978.Sorry to heavy for postage...

Hi I'm not sure to be Honest they came off a z4 3.oi standard 2003 model.Could ring bmw & ask unless any one on the Forum would know if they would fit...sorry can't be more knowledgeable...

Realoem shows the same parts numbers for both models for the front calipers:
Left - 34116758113
Right - 34116758114

Rears look to be different:
3.0 Left - 34216758135
3.0 Right - 34216758136

2.0 Left - 34216758127
2.0 Right - 34216758128

The front 3.0 carriers are different, although the callipers are the same.
The rears are both different.

The 3.0 will have had a "better" braking system utilising bigger discs.
Will be an easy bolt on "modification" if you wanted better stopping power

Hi all,
I have a E85 2.0i and like the look of red calipers and I guess better stopping power can never be a bad thing, right?

Hence if I decide to "upgrade" my braking system and manage to buy the calipers, carriers and pads (meant for 3.0); what else would I need to complete the upgrade? Obviously brake discs I assume (meant for the 3.0i). Anything else?

Any negatives or concerns I should consider putting on different brakes not meant for my car?

Apologies for being a noob. Advice gratefully appreciated folks.
