This is a set of four original BMW 290 Star Spoke 17” front and rear alloy wheels (BMW part no. 36116785240, 8J X 17 ET:29) each fitted with a Bridgestone Potenza RE050A 225/45 R17 91V runflat tyre. They were original equipment on a BMW Z4 E89 Roadster.
The wheels are in excellent used serviceable condition with no cracks or damage other than cosmetic. One wheel rim has localised kerbing damage but the other three have no kerbing damage. All of the wheels have some localised bubbling of the original paint finish and would benefit from refurbishment.
The tyres are in excellent undamaged condition with most of their original tread left. Tread depth over the three deep grooves in the central area of the tyres is about 5.5mm in three of the tyres, and tread depth in the remaining tyre is about 4.5mm.
Also included are a set of 16 original BMW wheel bolts in excellent serviceable condition and a set of four Thatcham approved security bolts with their security socket.
This combination of four wheels and tyres would cost over £1500 if purchased new.
The wheels and tyres are available for collection from South Wales or I can post these to any mainland UK address in four separate sturdy cardboard boxes for £40.
