From what I’ve read (and seen when I took my own one off) it’s a PITA to change the leather over. You’re better off buying it straight. So if you need the drivers one, just wait till you can find yourself the champagne one.

If you need a door card as a stop gap get a set (left and right) of black ones as it’ll still look good without looking odd on the inside!

I’ve changed the leather. It’s not the easiest job. I used a multi tool then stuck it back on with fix-all adhesive. Like Kis said, it’s far better to just replace the whole card.
