Aero side skirts?
For those of you that have them, is the shape vac-formable/baggable? I.e. could you tool it using a single piece former, or does it have any negative spaces and/or features that would need to be injection moulded?
From the outside, it looks like a shape that would be quite straightforward to take a mould from, then vac-bag in CF and bond in the fixtures.

If I recall correctly when I put mine on, they would be shape vac formable....you would then need to cut the relevant holes, but should be pretty straight forward.

If he finds ‘a war stash’ of unwanted Aeros taking up valuable stockroom space, I might do a trip in the XC60 to help them out...

Newsflash - small Aero War stash found @ secret location .. apparently EUR223 (don’t know if this includes VAT or handling) each / a side brand new... looking into how many available & what discounts they could offer for a group buy, though could work out a bit expensive after I have apportioned Eurotunnel crossing & fuel & tolls.
Let’s see what they come back with...

Top work! I think people should be prepared to pay £300 a side considering they are pretty much not available...

I'm definitely in for a set if it all works out (if there is any left after those that have done the leg work to find them)

I’m really impressed you’ve managed to track some down hopefully. I thought I’d tried every avenue....
I definitely want a set of these if you can get them. Please put me on the list

Please count me in as well.
I contacted kbd bodykits, and they can actually replicate the aero side skirts if I can gather enough interest (20-30 pre-purchase, similar to kickstarter).

Can’t believe how lucky I got.... got some off of here for £300 brand new primed and in the box, complete with fitting kit and seals! And the best part.... the seller and former forum member lived 6 miles down the road and was a top bloke and even delivered them to me!! (Much like the //M bonnet... bargains are there to be had you just have to wait and pounce when the opertinity arises )srhutch wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 8:14 pmThat will be double what there were a couple of years ago.Angelus666 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 7:18 pm Top work!
