No longer w@nted Complete set of black BMW badges

Post by Thunderous One » Sat Oct 27, 2018 11:21 pm

Hi
I’m looking to tastefully enhance the appearance of my black Z4 Coupe
I would like to purchase a complete set of black BMW badges
Bonnet
Boot
Wheel center caps
Side indicators
And steering wheel

I have looked on eBay but feel somewhat apprehensive as there are so many suppliers and I don’t want tacky looking ones.
Has anyone a complete set? Or can anyone recommend?

Thanks guys

Since black ones ARE aftermarket, eBay will be your best bet. I’ve had a few off eBay over the year as I changed my mind a few times in the design... the plastic chrome trim is, well, plastic - but look fine when fitted. Badges themselves are generally pretty good.

You can get sets for like £10 or £20 - I’d suggest just taking a gamble
NO LONGER OWN A Z4 SO NOT AS ACTIVE HERE ANYMORE (IF AT ALL).

hi, I was thinking king eBay but there are a few to choose from and just did not want to waste money till I purchase the right quality

I was thinking maybe there is a 3rd party, recommended site/company that forum members have used and recommend

But yes, your right, eBay is my best option.

Thanks fir the response

Loads of sellers selling the same stuff from the same Chinese factory. I bought a set for £9 and was pleasantly surprised with them. Nothing to lose really at that price

As greg81 said, they’re pretty much all the same, all sourced from the same Chinese makers/sellers etc

I know plenty of people who have ordered some, from so many diff sellers but ultimately they all seem to be the same things so I’m sure you’ll be fine.

I think I've got a spare one kicking about actually. If you want to PM me your address I'll send it to you so you can see the eBay quality. Free of charge if you're mainland UK

It's not black, but it's an eBay purchase.

Let me know if you'd like me to send it...
