I've just fitted E46 M3 seats.
You will need to swap 1 of your existing your existing frame rails and seatbelt clip/tensioner.
I want these gone ASAP, they're in my way!
Pretty good condition. DS bolster worn but not ripped/cracked.

Do you know if the electric element can be retro fitted to sport seats?

If so I would be happy to pay a fair price or donate to the forum if they're still available

It was fairly easy. Mine came without the seatbelt clip and pre tensioner, so had to swap them from my existing.
You have to swap 1 slider over because the Z4 has another seat belt mount on the opposite side to the clip.
The electrics are identical.
Only issue is the handle to fold them down(to get in the back seats of the M3) might foul if you're taller the me (5'11")

In the lowest position the M3 seats are 3mm higher.

If you mean the tilt slide function, there's a lot going on down there! I'd guess not, but I'll take a photo.
