Thanks for that Ronnie. Bit steep for me I'm afraid, they've sold on ebay for half that (and they've been clean  )

£75 is pretty steep! Most expensive on eBay I've seen was only £60, some went for £30 if you were quick enough.

Hello mr cream egg, as the forum states you have to post a price on the forum,I had no idea so I looked on eBay and there were three on it, at £45 £75 and &95 so I went for the middle one. If you are interested you can have it for £45 posted. I have it in the garage so I took a quick picture without cleaning it as I did not think it was that important and if someone needed one they could see past that.I notice no one bothered to answer you since you posted last Saturday until I tried to help and suddenly there are plenty of experts, but none offering any assistance.

You mean Wednesday.... 2 days ago!? It's also just a "timing" thing. Replies bump the topics back to the top too, so they get noticed more at that particular time.

Quick to be defensive, I didn't think anyone was on the attack - jamie_z4's comment could have been taken tongue in cheek too - I certainly didn't read his comment as an attack but hey, maybe I've got thicker skin.

Anyways, that being said, £45 is a much fairer price. You nver know who wants what, might be worth making a new for sale post with them anyway. GLWTS :)

Hi Ronnie, don't worry about it, I wasn't having a go - hard to convey emotion accurately through text!
£45 sounds more reasonable to me - yours look nicer than the cheaper set on ebay!
I'll send you a message and we can sort out payment!

Remember they aren't a straight swap of fitting to a pre facelift as the circuit boards are different.

That’s interesting - I didn’t know that! So not a straight swap then!? :(

Do the dials separate from the board? (Eg can the front be swapped)

I lose interest with things very quick, so if it hasn’t got a home it goes in the bin
