I was watching them too - just for curiosity though (I didn't even bid). I'm on the side of the fence that think these are a bit pointless - I feel like they'd be more of a nuisance to me... I mean, I live in Cambridge. The weather's moderate at the best of times and I don't have a Garage (well, I do, but it's full of other stuff) so it's parked on the drive way - It's not like I live in the Sahara or somewhere hot enough to warrant a) leaving the roof down almost constantly or b) can park it undercover with the roof down ... and someone (I think thanatu55) pointed out you only have to forget for a second, start closing the roof and off the ping or even break... That's Exactly the sort of thing I'd do
However, I do think a 3D Printable Model would benefit many. @markalp not sure how much help I can be - but I'm happy to help where I can (I don't own a set although thanatu55 has very kindly offered to loan me his (I think lol) )
