Style 135 18" alloys and tyres in need of refurb SOLD

Post by thanatu55 » Sun Mar 18, 2018 7:12 pm

Set of 18" 135's in need of a refurb as per pics.
Bridgestone Potenza tyres 255/35/18 Rears, 225/40/18 fronts

Not the best photos as I didn't take them but basically these are the wheels my Zed came with which have since been replaced by 19's. Marmite carbon fiber center caps, I can also swap them out for black carbon fiber.

Sell for £250 incl. delivery

The tyres are runflats. To be honest with you I don't have a tread gauge so it would be a complete guess, but there is ample tread on all four. I can get an accurate figure tomorrow if needed.

Worth checking the exact tyre specs as this one doesn't look like a Bridgestone potenza runflat :?

yes please. I assume they will fit my E85?
Whereabouts are you based as collection might be an option (if it reduces the cost :) )

Thanks for the heads up I'll check them tomorrow as they aren't with me at the moment they're in my dads lockup, I just assumed they were runflats but I could be wrong. My dad took the pics and he did say they're like new so they were possibly replaced for non- rf before I got it.

They are perfect specs for the E85. I'm based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.

I'd prefer non rf's anyway.
Im near Leek in Staffordshire so collection in my van one evening is very doable.
What sort of cash price would you do for collection?
Let me know....................cheers

They might well be runflat , the tread pictured isn't the original Potenza but Bridgestone have a newer version out called "driveguard" , presumably to get away from the huge negative vibe of the original RFTs , worth checking & confirming though it appears the set already has a buyer so all is good

Ok I've had a drive down there and it looks like they're not runflats. No RFT symbol, no Driveguard, nothing I can find to identify them as runflat plus according to the Bridgestone website they don't make a RFT option for Bridgestone S001 in 255/35/18 (rear tyre size).

I'm interested if the sale doesn't work out.
Thanks
