Went for a drive around North Wales yesterday and ended up near Bala (40mins away from where I live). Was pulled over twice by young lads in 4x4s asking me where we were from. Feck knows what they would have done if we lived in England!

I’m guessing these vigilante’s must have been breaking welsh social distancing Laws if they were sharing a car? In addition, I’m pretty sure ‘taking the law into your own hands’ wasn’t considered to be ‘essential travel’

That's a very good point. Felt like a neighbourhood watch thing to keep tourists away.

How did they pull you over.

Round the back of Bala there is a very thin road...the first just blocked it when coming in the opposite direction. The second to be fair I was stopped working out how to get home the quickest and they just pulled alongside me, wound down the window and started asking where I was from and what I was doing.

No interesting background (must try harder), but just to celebrate the fact I managed a decent drive today. First time I’ve been into the office in 9 weeks and made sure I took the very long way home.
