The February 2020 Photo Competition - Tie Break

We have a tie for first place and our procedure for a tie is to run a tie breaker thread.
This will only happen to break a tie for 1st places, and will usually last 24 hours.

In the event of the tie break being on a weekend, we will run it for 48 hours.
This thread will run for exactly 48 hours.

So, without further ado...the main event is... a competition to run for 24 hours, with two contestants below:

Tie-breaks only ever run for 24 or 48 hours

I understand. Just wondering what would have happened if we did vote making the tie breaker a tie ?
