Wow - it looks so much better on those new wheels. My favourite colour for an E89 too!

A question for all the confessed, or secret, ladies out there
When tightening the new Wheels, the bolts obviously eat into the lacquer a little as you tighten them... This gets me nervous
Do you think I can use nail varnish top coat lacquer, just to put around the bolt heads once tightened; I may have some kicking around (the wife's naturally )
I just don't want it to damage the lacquer, or to prevent me from removing the bolts in future
Thanks.

Loving the new look and also the colour of the car but then I am biased
Yesterday I also replaced my run flats for normal tyres and although I was expecting a positive change I wasn’t prepared for the enormous difference it made. Much, much quieter and so much more comfortable! Can’t vouch for the handling yet as I want to put a couple of hundred miles on the tyres before I push them but initial feel is very good - wish I’d made the change ages ago. Can really enjoy the car now without worrying so much about cracking the rims

I read a lot of chat about getting rid of run flats, and everyone seems very happy with the result. One serious question, what is the plan when you get a flat?
