Bizarre, I remember putting it in, as it was one of the few external stickers ordered... unless I put it in with the wrong calendar by mistake! Anyway, will get that in the post tomorrow for you, sorry about that.

Thanks, much appreciated. I did check the envelope and calendar very carefully in case it had got caught up in the pages.
