Dirty Zeds

This may be distressing to some, but I like the way Z4s get dirty. Rather than just getting dirty along the bottom, they get filthy right up the sides, along the bonnet, and on the coupe over the roof and the back end gets well coated. The dirt seems to accentuate the lines of the car, particularly the creases. Often the dirt defines the patterns of airflow over a moving car.
So show us your Dirty Zed

:o Nooooooooooo! :o

:dizzy:Think of us sensitive Sunny day Zedders hiding behind the couch like a young kid watching Doctor who. I'm not sure how much of this I can take. :surrender:

Another victim of France... had some fun to get it that dirty :driving: :thumbsup:

Oh and it’s BLUE before anyone says it :poke:

Great thread Nick,

But you really should have posted it in the Detailing section! :evil: :)

Just copied the photo of my Zed over from the 'Meguiars Buckets on Offer' -it looks far more at home here :thumbsup:

Picture1.png

Picked up all this muck in just a fifty mile run across rural Norfolk roads for breakfast on the coast on a sunny (but cool) Sunday in January this year - should have taken a photo back at home when it was twice as bad!

I'm not sure this is a good idea! On a forum with many anally retentive polishing nerds there will be some who have a serious attack of the vapours seeing pictures like those above! ... :D

Now that would be really nasty !

I washed mine after last weekends photos. Then drove to Edinburgh and back and it is just as filthy again, and had no time to wash it.

A nice example of how Z4s get dirty in a stylish way.

Just back from North Wales and for the first time in a long time. I have a dirty Zed. :o :D :driving: Will be spotless again tomorrow though. :wink:

Bird mess is 10x worse than road muck! ;( ;( ;(

This had been inflicted on my baby overnight, so I wake at 8am before a car show to find the devastation;

A nice bit of winter filth on the Zed, a job for Sunday in the snow now I guess
