I believe I've installed the Alexa add-on correctly in my Z4 but I can't get it to work.

If I mention Alexa I see the large revolving blue circle which is quickly replaced with a message informing me to complete the Alexa installation.

What process am I being asked to complete? My BMW app on Android informs me that Alexa is configured and using UK English and the Alexa app on my mobile sees the Z4 in its device list.

I get the same problem. I've found that it resolves by signing into the BMW app on my phone, then works for a bit, and then signs out again, and I have to repeat the process.

A bit annoying!
