Rear fog and reverse lights

Pics below on how the rear fog light and reverse light work for any future owner - I didn't understand how they worked and couldn't find any pics online until now:

That's brilliant - 2 plus years of ownership and I have not looked at these lights...

Rear fog and reverse lights

Post by Ian J » Thu Aug 26, 2021 8:03 am

I've had a bad week so far as I was reversing in a narrow unlit lane and reversed into a low fence that I hadn't seen and severely damaged the bumper and read wing and the day after I was side swiped by an idiot in a large Audi who over took me on the left as I was turning left with my indicator on then last night I was reversing in the dark and managed to bump into stationary car.

Fortunately I'm on holiday on a Greek island and the car is fully insured so it's not my z4 that's being abused

Which Greek island?

I wish that rear fog light would flash when we brake! That would look amazing. ;)

I'm not sure about the G29 but previous models had Brake Force Indication on their rear lights. IE more sections lit up when braking hard. I know ours flash the hazards if you hit ABS braking point.
