Boot Dims

Can anyone be chewed to run a tape measure over the main internal boot dimensions please?

It might help me firm up a buy / not to buy decision!

So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

I’ll do it in the morning Ron, if someone else doesn’t beat me to it.

I’m sure that there is more space than in the E89 as the rag top doesn’t encroach into the boot space.

Lot bigger than any of my previous Z’s. My golf clubs fit side ways across the front of the boot without taking out any clubs. Two large suitcases with plenty room left over has also been achieved.

I have two cases I bought for the E85 I used to own which were akin to fitted luggage
They are each 410 Wide x 740 Long so I hope to use those.

Should be OK with those Ron.

I just measured mine at 100cm wide x 35cm high x 80cm deep, roughly in agreement with Andy's more detailed description above.

I guess a trip to the local dealer with your cases wouldn't be out of order.

I will say my G29 probably has the biggest trunk I've ever had for a roadster (including much bigger than my Z3 or TT). My wife and I have been on several road trips, and have plenty of room for 2 carry-on roller bags, soft ice chest, cameras, drone, car junk, hiking shoes, etc. Spec is 281 liters (9.9 cu-ft) which is about 50% bigger than the E89.
    2000 Z3 2.3 - Owned 17 years, sold at 101,000 miles
2016 Audi TT 2.0T Roadster - Sold at 30,000 miles
    2021 Z4 M40i - Puttin on the miles...

Bit late to this thread, but for anyone still wondering if it's a usable/decent boot space, in real world applications, then the below picture may help - Me and the Wife recently did an 11 day NC500 trip and we had more than enough room to pack all we needed. That included a 110 liter duffel type bag, a cabin sized suitcase, a large hold-all, a bag with multiple shoe options, a bag with food and drink and some other bits and bobs. It took a little effort getting the packing right, but once I did it swallowed the lot 👍

Fondly remembered: VW Golf R DSG in Limestone Grey, BMW 220D M Sport in Black Sapphire & Mercedes A200 AMG Night Edition in South Sea Blue

Definitely forgotten: A few clangers 😅

    Don't worry, you're not alone.
I was wondering why you'd need to dim the light in the boot.
Maybe the OP just couldn't spell dimenshun
