The perils of warm weather and a soft top...

Post by Robsterrob » Mon Apr 26, 2021 8:41 am

Well, the weather has finally sorted itself out here in the UK, and I have been driving with the roof down.

On Friday, my wife and I were driving along, and were stuck in a bit of traffic.....roof down. Suddenly a sea gull that had obviously spent the last month being severely constipated decided to deposit it's rather large load all over the car and all over us, giving a liberal coating to the bonet, windscreen, down my neck and across my wife's face and over the backs of the seats.   :headbang: :headbang:

Oh well, gave me an axcuse to wash the car again!!!

That's the penalty for driving a convertible with rear seats.

The car may be clean again, but has your other half stopped reminding you yet :D . Oh and never forget it was all your fault.

Your wife got white stuff all over her face?
I mean the obvious joke is there and I’m resisting!!!!!

On the flip side, people have been commenting on my tan. Love roof down weather.
