My G29 is due its first service and I have made the decision not to use BMW for the work.I trust my local workshop to do equally as good a job at about half the price.
The one thing I do want to do is use a genuine oil filter and the correct oil.Does anyone know the brand that BMW use or an alternative good quality that meets the right standard.I am told it is 5/30 C3 DPF for in the UK..
I thought DPF was Diesel particulate filter which is obviously does not have,but thats what my Factors came up with..
Any help would be appreciated..
