Tacky or Tasteful?
I fall fully into the its definiteley tacky, but each to their own. Out of interest has anyone got ths and does it look anything like the BMW blurb?

I think theyre ok tbh.
They can serve a function and help you avoid stepping on a dogturd, chewing gum, inebreated tourist, all of the above, when stepping out of your zed.

I've got them on my e89, look great for an ebay special at a tenner. Probably get more comments about the puddle lights than anything else on the car

My thoughts on things like this are if you like it yourself then go for it. Personally I would never tell someone if I thought it looked tacky anyway. Even if they did ask.

I've had this on a couple of Mustang hire cars in the States; it shines the Mustang 'Pony' onto the floor. Quite fun for the novelty factor...
