Ambient Interior Lighting Control Option missing!

Hi, i got a z4 m40i day before yesterday, and everything works fine, but Im unable to do one thing, that's the ambient lights color changing.

In manual it says it should show in Vehicle settings page - INTERIOR LIGHTING.

But in my vehicle settings, only EXTERIOR LIGHTING shows up.
My m40i order PDF from BMW had lights package included as standard for m40i, so there is no chance, its not added.

I guess, Im missing something.
Can someone help , where do I find the interior lighting options ?

Do you have ambient lighting strips in the car? If you do, then you should be able to change the colour. The setting is under Interior Lighting as the manual says.

Is it a UK M40i? As per Jim's post you should definitely be able to change the colour and the setting is there.

Im from india.
And it seems I don't have the strips.

So, LIGHTS PACKAGE doesn't include AMBIENT LIGHTS, I guess ?
