Cheers I will admit I nearly changed my mind (at least 3 times) but the day it turned up knew I had done the right thing

Quick opinion.

My car is due towards end of October. Should I wait the extra week and get it registered in November? Will the later month make any difference to value or negligible?

Because it’s not a plate change month or a calendar year probably little difference but the one thing that’ll matter that late in the month is the date they register and tax it on.

I can’t remember the exact details but I’m sure the place I bought mine said something along the lines of there’s a way to register and tax it up to 6 days before the start of the next month and the tax period doesn’t start that month but the 1st of the following month whereas if you taxed a used car on the 26th of the month you’d loose the whole month for the 5/6 days.

Thank you , yes Crayon was one of my other possible choices but I wondered how hard it would be to keep looking clean

Basically, I’ll see when it arrives and decide then. No point losing a whole month of tax for the sake of a few days.

Saying that it’s what £50 I’ll be losing out on when I need to renew the tax?

Thank you , yes Crayon was one of my other possible choices but I wondered how hard it would be to keep looking clean

Not a 718 obviously but there was this in Crayon when we went to view a GTS . It did look very nice in the flesh, particularly with the black detail

Yes, at worst you’d loose a month at the other end. I was a bit meh when I thought I’d lost a months tax for a few days but the dealers explained the 6 day thing when they were doing handover. I was too preoccupied to be paying full attention

Ron, yes, that’s exactly what that’s telling you to get your bl00dy finger out and get your advert done. Another thing to consider should be Wizzle where dealers bid directly on your car. You might release more for the extras that way.

Saying that, anyone on here looking for one of the best 35iS’s left should be biting your hand off when you get round to composing said ad
