This is the colour combo I've gone for. So excited for it now! :trampoline:

Pre EU exit? Oh yeah, sounds like it’ll go swimmingly. :P

Nice colour combo - one of the better ones. Have to say the seats wouldn’t look out of place in a £100k Maserati.
2008 Z4MC: heavy wheels | crap suspension | skittish rear end | wobbly engine | not enough induction noise | underwhelming turn in | inconsistent braking | lardy battery | chubby steering wheel

The strut bars in the second pic literally look like two pieces of scrap metal....they have no place in the engine bay of a £55k car (at least paint them black). When I opened the bonnet on the one last weekend I had to ask the sales chap if they were meant to be there :headbang:

Just looked at that pic again and could they have put the oil filler cap in a more difficult to reach place?

Well when you see them side by side front to back back to front I'm still preferring the look of the E89.

But saying that, I do like new interior look. I still need to get over to Sytners in Sheff and have a look at one in the flesh

Black out the silver surrounds on the grilles and I think that actually looks very good. Possibly best colour/spec I've seen so far. . Being a bit of a boring old fella, I'd probably spec black seats as well  .
Really looking forward to your impressions/comments when you get your hands on it. Well done 8)

I think it looks like a very mature car - I’m quite impressed. I’m afraid the Vim/Brillo pad finish doesn’t do it for me. It’s the sort of finish that looks good on somebody else’s car but I’m not brave enough to commit to it with my cash.

So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

Do it. I drove over the bridge and took a look at one in the metal last weekend. For me it looks better than I was expecting, from the pictures. It was a black one, which I think suits the car well. Still not a fan of the front grill though.

No, but we have opinions based on what we've seen so far. This is a forum for discussing those opinions. And I'm sure many opinions will change as people get to see the g29 up close, or take it for a test drive. Some may still not like it after all the above, but that's life, and there's plenty more cars out there to choose from :)
