Mrs K was impressed by the boot capacity - I will have a look at the 40i on Friday but as my 35is is not yet three and has less than 9k its unlikely that I will swap just yet - Just unlikely at this stage!
Sounds like you are on the slippery slope Ron! :D

There’s been some grease added to that slippery slope!
I take the 335 in for its service tomorrow and instead of a lift home they’re giving me a M40i for they day .
When I collect the car at close of play they will have some £ numbers for me.

So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

Saw one in red, best one I have seen so far.

White one didn't do anything for me.

I pointed the red one out to my Girlfriend, she said she thought it was an R8.... this may have influenced my sudden liking to the red G29....

While i was cleaning mine (sadly not a new one) a bloke drove past on the estate who had a red M40i. It looked much nicer in the flesh than i was expecting.

Thumbs up for me  just a shame i can't afford one :(

I sat in one at the dealer. I prefer the dash setup of the e89. This looks too technology screen focused. I see the e89 as traditional look dash setup with a modern twist, which works well in my eyes for a roadster type car even today,

Some friends have just purchased an M40i & brought to the local to show it off. Had a sit in with Mrs OG & was very impressed tbh, lovely colour & with the beige leather interior it really does look good. It's so much bigger than my E85 which can be said for most newer models of any car I guess. No way I could afford to buy one . Hopefully they'll be following me down to Zedfest  .

This is exactly what I thought - though mine is an e85 M, I much prefer the simplicity of it. Also, when I sat in the passenger seat the size of the driver-focused area of the dash made it feel cramped. That said, I had a nose around one at my local dealers again today, and it’s growing on me... still won’t part with the M though
Current... Silver Grey ///M Roadster, non-flimper spec, Imola Red nappa, permanent ear-to-ear grin 8)

Previous... 3.0Si Sport Roadster, Black Sapphire, Dream Red leather with lots of toys and lots of mods...

To be honest, there’s not one of the Z4 iterations I haven’t liked.
It all comes down to the spec of each car!

It’s the red/ivory combo. Nice.
“Beige” this time is closer to Cognac. See mine below. In bright sunlight Cognac can also appear a bit orange.

Red with Cognac is the combo we've ordered. This is the first picture i've seen in the metal, glad we chose it. We looked at the paler leather but demonstrators with a couple of k on the clock were dirty so would have been a pain to keep having it cleaned i think.

Saw the back end of this so called Z4 a few weeks ago going past as we were out for breakfast.

Thought it was a squashed 6 series convertible and in a way it was.

Luckily enough we missed the front of it as the breakfast would have been all over the table what with all the vomiting.
