So the motoring journos have had their hands on it out in Portugal, but their reviews are apparently under embargo until 7th November. This tweet made me laugh... must be reading the comments on here... :D

Well I hope the reviews are good since I've got one on order :D

Finding it a bit strange how they're doing things, as the configurator went live a few weeks ago the same time as order books opened. But still no official price list/ brochure and an embargo on reviews...

With the roof down I think the car in that grey is actually not too bad (looks very similar to a 2014-ish SL). I did not think I'd be saying that. :?

Frozen Grey II metallic... an £1,880 option on the 3.0i M Sport and M40i...

I’m starting to wonder if BMW are expecting low sales of this car... The 2.0i M Sport is only available in 4 colours: black, white, red or blue... :?

I have to say that its growing on me - Its unlikely i will change as a £15k (ish) hit and only 8k miles in my current car during two years would be a bit silly for me. Then there's the price of the new one? The configurator said about £54k - So its not going to happen just yet!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

Same. The body lines look stronger and make the car appear less slab-like.

Great review there well spotted and as the clock ticks over to midnight it's now the 6th of November so hopefully more will be revealed his very day. The future is certainly feeling good. Just needs to look as good as it feels. Role on seeing one n the metal. :D

That's a pretty favourable review; not found anything else online yet though...
