Well, only in terms of trim really. So:
1) The dash has Alpina leather
2) Alpina steering wheel
3) Blue Dials
4) Alpina embossing on the seat backs
5) Alpina gear-knob
6) Alpina mats
I think that covers the differences.

There are also lots of invisible changes in the cabin - e.g. Alpina changed all the padding on the seat frames because they weren't happy with the comfort/feel of the original BMW seat pads
