Bit mundane for me, CJJ are my initials and I’m a Professor of Bioengineering - bit boring but I have so many usernames and logins for this that and the other these days I try to maintain a “tame” generic username throughout

Incidentally the private plate on my new (to me) Z4 E89 is: X3WKA- pretty innocuous- any Maltese people in the house? They can translate

the Dawg was a school nickname - Being from Zimbabwe and going to an English school, everyone took their turn to attempt the accent or use the slang

but dawg / dawgy stuck. from 'Howzit Dawg'

My Father says it means thorn or possibly fish bone or someone who may get in trouble easily

I’m Maltese born (father British/ RAF) although left Malta 1993 and in uk since 1998.

XEWKA indeed means Thorn as in “Thorn in my side”

(also used for fish bone yes).

The car and plate are the response to a very long and painful divorce ....
