Can anyone tell me why we still have the time changes? I believe that this was do to farmers needing more time to farm their crop and make the most out of the daylight time they had. This also is tied to summer vacation. The farmer needed his kids back on the property to help out. So why do we still have it? I've heard that the new reason is to save energy. Well, if that's the case shouldn't we keep it on the most energy efficent scheduale? I HATE leaving work and it's dark outside... And cold. I freaking hate the cold. I need to move further south.

I was actually wondering about that myself. Why in the hell do we have still have it? Daylight is daylight, it's up to the person to save/use time effectively.

I don't mind it at all, I guess I'm just used to it. Plus with my hectic/weird schedule, I hardly notice. 561 - Ditto on hating the cold, dammit I hate the cold! But I'm about as far south as I care to be.
