Yeah, upon closer inspection that blue one is poor….but that black one! Nice (apart from the cost).

All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

Looking for a scale model E85
Just to tag onto this thread - I'm looking for a couple of models without any success so far.
So if anyone can point me towards models of a pre-facelift E85 in black, and a facelift E85 in any colour (preferably silver/grey)...
Odd how Black Sapphire is such a common colour but there's no models about in black; and it seems you can get a model E86 but not facelift E85

Wow! That is some amount of detail! Right down to the roof hinges and dash switches.Pondrew wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 1:42 pmPre face lifhttps://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/164793007334?mkevt=1 ... 1sHAAAAAAt in black: (pricey)Sidewaze Samm wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 9:57 am So if anyone can point me towards models of a pre-facelift E85 in black, and a facelift E85 in any colour (preferably silver/grey)...

That is very nice indeed, but a bit too rich for me. To contemplate that sort of money it would have to be a closer match to the actual car and be RHD and have Msports too...Pondrew wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 1:42 pmPre face lifhttps://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/164793007334?mkevt=1 ...

Wish I had seen that. Someone got a total bargain there.Roberltd2 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 08, 2021 11:00 pm This is a silver coloured Maisto 1:18 scale model.

8 hours left and it's still on it's starting bid. Also has a "Make an offer" option on it.
It's left hand drive I think but the detailing on these models is very good.

That was me. I waited a few hours to see if enuff_Zed had gone for it, then put in a bid and won it for less than a tenner.Zulu4 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 14, 2021 9:44 amLooks like the same item is back up for sale:buzyg wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 9:25 pmWish I had seen that. Unfortunately I'd overlooked the fact that the car was collection only, which would have meant a round trip of 600 miles for me (Aberystwyth to Lowestoft and back). So I messaged the seller to apologise and tell him to keep the money and relist, which he did, although he very generously did refund me for what was a mistake on my part.
Fair play.

But I misread one of the posts and though the seller was in Aberystwyth and the buyer was in Lowestoft.

My mistake - again. The seller was in Leatherhead (not Lowestoft) and I'm in Aberystwyth
