It looks like a G29 at the front, so no.
I don't care what you say, I won't agree with your view. :x

I'd get one if I had cheese to grate in bulk and wanted wheels from a sci-fi film.
It looks like a love-child of a G29 and a 1999 Alfa Romeo with some Vauxhall Astra thrown in just to be PC :D
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

E89 20i Now fully dried

Im not suggesting i would buy either as in my view a two seater should not have a fixed roof.

It’s a mock up / photoshop of a G29 shooting brake!

That's 'cause you have ordered a G29. Your SL400 is a really nice car, even if it is not yours anymore.
I don't care what you say, I won't agree with your view. :x

Shooting brake should not be a phrase coined by zee Germans. It is an out of date British term, reserved for the upper classes, when cars were made by people by hand and were all terrible :D

Don't you like the flowing lines of a coupe and not breathing in polluted air? The 'open road' idea of a Roadster is a good thought, but not very realistic for many. I read that you have a boat, now that really is 'top down' cruising. :)

Morning Peter….well maybe not for all unfortunately but luckily I live in the Peak District where lichen grows on the soles of your shoes if you stand not moving for half an hour so a roady is perfect. Good luck in your hunt for a coupe, pics when it lands if you will. Any biters on yellow peril…?
