I noticed too that the listing said no pets. Where are you going to house the whippets, ferrets and racing pigeons (which I presume you have acquired already) :D

You have a perfect plan and, as I can see a perfect place, so nothing can go wrong. Congrats and good luck! :) We are also considering to move from the capital city to the countryside. :)

We are in the process of buying a second place for staycations in Wales Ole gits rule, not a zillion miles from you … well actually it’s a fair distance from anywhere as far as I understand it but as far as forum members go I’d suggest you are probably the closest that I’m aware of

I’m hoping it’ll all go through on Friday
