Suggest those who have to wear one better take a look... just found lack of pub & having a daily run has taken its toll in a positive negative way

Happy that I can still fit into my de mob suit, tailor made at long gone Burtons, for the for to many funerals and the odd wedding. Bought in 1989.
I do have a number of newer suits, before you start.
The pandemic has certainly affected my normal exercise regime though. No weekly work out at the climbing wall, is some thing I have very much mist and have no plans to resume yet. Just happy to be back out walking and climbing on the moors again. Plus I get to drive the Z4 there and back. So life is far from normal still, but still pretty good.

I got into Zwift big time in lockdown and don’t know that I will do much running outside going forward, Zwift is awesome, get to run (on treadmill) with people all over the world in real time.
(Still put on weight though)

Got it sorted!
Picked up a bug and spent the majority of the long weekend in the bathroom!
8 pounds gone in 48 hours. At this rate I'll fit in my school uniform!!!!
