Good cheap vacuum cleaner?

Post by greg81 » Mon Aug 17, 2020 8:43 pm

My father-in-law has a belter of a wee vacuum cleaner that he bought from Poundstretcher a few years back for £30. The suction is great and leaves nice lines on your carpets like you'd see after a proper valet. It's far better in the car than my hand-held Dyson.

Sadly they no longer sell it. Can anyone recommend a vacuum cleaner around that price that is powerful like this and great for cleaning your car?

Any Titan Wet and Dry should be good, 1300W ones at about £40. All my Detailing mates tend to use them as bags and filters are easy to get and fairly cheap.

I agree, great for the garage. The blower function comes in handy occasionally too.

Thanks all.

I forgot to order online and needed one for today. Unfortunately everywhere was out of stock of the Titan so on recommendation of the guy at Screwfix I went with a Nilfisk Buddy 2.

Absolutely brilliant
